Efektifitas Komunikasi Departemen Sales dan Front Office terhadap Kelancaran Operasional di Saka Hotel Medan

Komunikasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kelancaran operasional departemen front office dan juga departemen sales. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan sesuai dengan metode kualitatif, komunikasi yang telah dilakukan diantara departemn front office dan departemen sales sudah dianggap penting bagi kedua belah pihak. Upaya – upaya yang dilakukan untuk membangun komunikasi diantara kedua departemen tersebut juga dibantu dengan menggunakan e-mail, memorandum, handphone atau file yang sudah dicetak seperti Banquet Event Order. Tidak hanya demikian, short meeting atau morning breefing pun dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat dan terpercaya sehingga menghindari adanya miskomunikasi dalam penyampaian informasi
