Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh ROA dan ROE terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Analisi data penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan model analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh ROA dan ROE terhadap harga saham perusahaan PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk. Pneguji hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji simultan (uji F), uji parsial (uji t), sedangkan pengelolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa koefisien determinasi (R2) 25,7% variabel ROA dan ROE tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial variabel ROA dan ROE tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham PT Graha Adrasentra Propertindo Tbk.
