Pengaruh Pelayanan dan Fasilitas Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Cordela Inn Millennium Hotel Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Cordela Inn Millennium Hotel Medan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel pelayanan, fasilitas dan kepuasan konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik accidental sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan 89 responden Cordela Inn Millennium Hotel Medan. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier berganda. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0.577, Artinya pengaruh pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 57.7%. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pelayanan dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Cordela Inn Millennium Hotel Medan.
