Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas
terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 4 tahun
laporan keuangan yaitu dari tahun 2015 – 2018 dan dibuat dalam periode bulanan. Analisis data
menggunakan Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien
determinasi (R2), uji parsial (Uji t), dan uji simultan (Uji F).Sedangkan pengolahan data
menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan likuiditas
mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel kinerja perusahaan,selain itu secara
simultaan profitabilitas dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
perusahaan. Sedangkan secara parsial profitabilitas dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
