Penelitian ini memeriksa tentang pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap
kepuasan konsumen pada restoran ayam penyet Rahmat Medan. Penelitian menggunakan
metode analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif,menggunakan regresi liner berganda. Teknik
sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan
sampel dengan populasi 100 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data
adalah kuesioner yang di sebar melalui google form. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis
menunjukkan secara simultan variabel harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara
positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini berarti harga dan kualitas
pelayanan yang diberikan oleh restoran Ayam Penyet Rahmat menunjukkan kesesuaian
dengan ekspektasi yang diharapkan oleh konsumen.
