Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Telkom Akses Medan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pelatihan dan
motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Akses Padang Bulan Medan. Sample
penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan bagian teknisi, pengambilan sample menggunakan sample
jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji
koefisien determinasi (R2
), uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji F), menggunakan pengolahan
data SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi mampu menjelaskan
keberadadan terhadap variabel kinerja, secara parsial pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap
kinerja, sementara motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, secara simultan
pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
