Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Produktifitas Karyawan PT. Wyeth Nutrition Esduaenam Cabang Medan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh disiplin kerja dan
semangat kerja terhadap produktifitas karyawan di PT. Wyeth Nutrition Esduaenam Cabang
Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 orang karyawan di perusahaan ini sendiri, pengambilan
sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu metode yang menggunakan seluruh populasi
sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Berganda, pengujian hipotesis
menggunakan uji koefensi determinasi (R2
), uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (f), sedangkan
pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan
semangat kerja mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel produktifitas karyawan,
selain itu secara parsial disiplin kerja, semangat kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktifitas
karyawan. Secara simultan disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap produktifitas karyawan.
