Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PDAM Tirtanadi IPA Limau Manis

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap
kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi IPA Limau Manis. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 42
orang karyawan tahun 2018, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu
teknik pengambilan sampel dimana seluruh anggota pupulasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data
menggunakan uji Regresi sederhana, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi
(R2
) dan uji parsial (uji t), sedang pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel kinerja
karyawan, selain itu secara parsial variabel motivsi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan
terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi IPA Limau Manis.
