Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan
insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota
Medan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
secara parsial motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil Badan
Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Medan namun insentif tidak berpengaruh secara
parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota
Medan serta secara simultan motivasi, disiplin dan insentif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja
pegawai negeri sipil Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Medan.
