Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Medan Ville Hotel Medan Sumatera Utara

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja
karyawan pada Hotel Medan Ville Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh
karyawan Hotel Medan Ville yang bekerja pada tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2017
dengan sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Non-Random
Sampling dimana data dikumpulkan dengan menggukan kusioner dan diolah dengan
menggunakan SPSS V.20. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif
kulitatif dengan menggunakan model regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel
Medan Ville Medan. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja sebesar 33,8%. Sedangkan
sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain-lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
